Not sure why I drove all of the way out to Lancaster for this show? I remember having an interview scheduled with Tim Kinsella for Pitchfork (I think?), so maybe this was the only date where they could line it up. Tim politely declined an interview, he said he was shaken up by 09/11 and wasn't in the mood to talk. I vaguely remember him carrying around a thermos with vodka in it (or maybe one of my friends joked about that?). We met some 40+ year old guy who apparently went to this club every night to get the signatures of the bands playing. He sort of looked like a more successful, less awkward (but still weird) version of Napoleon Dynamite's brother.
