The first half (Copland, Quiet City & Strauss, Metamorphosen) was atmospheric and moving. The second half (Shostakovich, Symphony No. 9) was dynamic and surprising. This full house was brought to their feet by Maestro Christian Kluxen and the orchestra. All we can say is bravo! Artistic excellence at its finest.
