I verified the date too. September 8, 1991 was also a Sunday.
Alice In Chains did not tour with Van Halen at all in 1996. They toured with them August 16, 1991 - first part of January 1992. The date on this photo is wrong - it should be 1991. Bacus.net or SetList.fm are secondary sources to verify dates.
