It rained…a lot. It ended up being a very short show. But my date knew the band. I had met them. But she actually knew them. So we hung out backstage. Good times. The album “Underneath” had come out September 18 2001. A week after 9/11. The album was praised by critics. It’s my favorite Verve Pipe record. But after 9/11 a lot of great music fell by the wayside.
