Don’t kid yourself, if you got to see CTA in their early days, 1969 was the perfect time to see them. In 1969 they were still being called Chicago Transit Authority, hence CTA, and they were hot. Terry Kath was Jimi Hendrix’s favorite guitar player at the time.
