Contrary to Faye D’s recollection, i thought this was an excellent concert! So many years ago though!
This is one of the worst concerts I have ever seen. I’m a big fan the Clash’s music, but this was bad. The music was loud and distorted, it didn’t look like the band knew the set list, so there wasn’t a smooth transition from song to song. I guess the band was going through a lot of internal strife at the time and I think Topper Headon and Mick Jones both left sometime around then, but either way, the show was bad.
