This was a Sunday in the Spring. I can't remember which day, or find info online. I was a freshman in HS, didn't yet have my DL, and convinced my parents to let my friend/neighbor who was a year older with his DL to borrow our family car!
SAC had the big hit and was the headliner. Nobody knew who Neil Diamond was, at the time. : - )
