For the life of me I cannot remember the date/year I saw, with my band-mate pal John Nelson, Sam Kinison perform in Federal Way. The venue had once been a popular country music club, complete with a mechanical bull, established soon after the hugely-popular movie "Urban Cowboy" with John Travolta.
