Notes: - Kings X, who had then recently released a studio album, "Ear Candy," had been scheduled to open. - A minor change to the set with "Rock and Roll All Nite" being moved to become the show finale and "Black Diamond" closing the main section of the set. - From a local review: "KISS hit the stage with a burst of lights and sound. Fifteen truckloads of equipment had been unloaded and transformed into a huge set that was patterned after the one used for the 1977 Love Gun tour. The costumes were replicas of the ones used on that tour also, complete with platform shoes and leather. The technology of today added to the massive light and sound show. If you saw KISS 20 years ago, then multiply that by 10 and you'll have a good idea of what they are doing now. It was like they never to the 17-year break from each other" (The Victoria, TX Advocate, 7/14/96).
