Kurt Rosenwinkel Quartet was 'The Next Step Reunion Tour'. Henri Texier was 'An Indian's Life'. Sanem Kalfa was 'Miraculous Layers'. ArtEZ Big Collective was conducted by Jasper Le Clercq and Philipp Rüttgers. Pablo Nahar was under the umbrella of the Surinam Music Project, featuring Eddy Veldman and Glenn Gaddum, among others.
Saturday: André 3000 played New Blue Sun as a whole. Harold López-Nussa played 'Timba a La Americana'. Anouk & Metropole Orkest played Anouk's latest album Deena & Jim. Ibrahim Maalouf played with T.O.M.A., the Trumpets of Michel-Ange, a eight-man band. Sungazer performed a 'Plus' set, meaning they played with a Dutch big band. Joel Ross played together with his Good Vibes Quartet. Corinne Bailey Rae presented Black Rainbows. Maite Hontelé's Nationaal Jeugd Jazz Orkest was under the umbrella of 'Goes Mambo'.
Sunday: Shai Maestro & Jazz Orchestra of the Concertgebouw was conducted by James McNeely. Roberto Fonseca's set was named 'La Gran Diversión'. Boukou Groove played on both Saturday and Sunday. Terri Lyne Carrington's set was called 'New Standards'. Sylvie Courvoisier's set was called 'Chimaera'. KNOWER had to cancel due to an illness of Louis Cole and was replaced by Vincen García Quintet. Terence Blanchard E-Collective & Atom String Quartet had to cancel and was replaced by Christian McBride & Joshua Redman.
