none Jul 30, 1967 (57 years ago) Casino at Indian Crossing Waupaca, Wisconsin, United States
The 'Casino' was a combination bar/dance hall with young adults of all ages allowed in the dance hall and only those 18 and older allowed in the bar. It is located on Waupaca's Chain-O-Lakes and attracted kids from the surrounding small towns on weekends. The entry fee was probably $3-$5 to see the band. I had heard their songs on WLS radio out of Chicago and they played most of the songs from the album they intended to release in November. They mingled with their fans during breaks and had a real tight sound.
