This will be my first time seeing Mono, and I’ve been wanting to see them for awhile now. Their second time in GDL, and I can hardly wait. The supporting act has yet to be announced, but the Foro Indi usually has some excellent openers. As usual, I’ll keep you posted with any updates.

Update: What an amazing evening of Post/Prog Rock. As it turns out, Wohl, a local GDL band opened up, and they were amazing. I gotta hand it to the Foro Indi, they always come up with some killer opening/supporting acts, and Wohl didn’t disappoint. Mono totally kicked ass, they surpassed my assumptions, both Mono and Wohl were hot. I was taken in by the music so much, that I forgot to take pictures. I wish I had, but I was transfixed by the bands, sitting dab smack in the center, leaning against the rail, best (and only) seat in the house. I haven’t played it back yet, but I believe my Zoom recording came out excellent. So now you have it, a killer ass kicking show.
