08/24/2024: Its been a few years since I’ve been to San Francisco for a show. I am so looking forward to this, for I miss SF, my favorite city in the world, especially when it comes to a show. It’s the stoner vibe, I love it. Minami Deutsch is one of those Japanese bands I’ve wanted to see for awhile now, I can’t pass this up. I understand Hooveriii is supposed to be hot, so we’ll see. I believe there’s also a light show, Projections by Zach Rodell. As usual, I’ll keep you posted.
Update: Now that The Bevis Frond show at The Lodge Room in L.A. has been rescheduled, and not knowing if I can make the date in March, I’m definitely going to SF to see Minami Deutsch. I’m gonna be in L.A. in October to celebrate my 71st B-day, so SF here I come. I’ll keep you posted.
11/01/2024: What an amazing show it was last night. Just like the night before, all the bands were great, each one being better than the one before them. Two nights of some excellent music, but the Halloween night show was the best, Minami Deutsch was definitely the highlight of my two day party in the Bay Area. Part of my whole month of October Birthday celebrations. In Santa Cruz, Frankie And The Witch Fingers stole the show, and in San Francisco, it was Minami Deutsch that stole and rocked the house. Happy 71st Birthday to me.
