Please review the following information regarding the Maroon5 New Years Eve Soundcheck Experience. On the day of the show, please meet your soundcheck host, Shawn Tellez, outside the box office Will Call window NO LATER THAN 3:30pm. Make sure you bring a photo I.D. and your soundcheck laminate for identification and clarification. Please note that it is your responsibility to be there by the designated time, otherwise you will miss out on your opportunity to view soundcheck.
Shawn will escort everyone into the venue for soundcheck. You may bring a still camera (no camcorders or audio equipment) to soundcheck but will be expected to follow any instructions given to you by Shawn or anyone on the Maroon5 crew regarding the taking of photos. There will be no photos taken with the band.
You will receive a package containing your souvenir t-shirt and laminate shortly. Packages are being sent out starting next week. If you have any questions, please email us at cs@fanasylum.com or call the customer service department at (415) 575-6656.
