Kiss was actually good for what it was worth. Played a bunch of classic tracks.
I am convinced Live Evil didn't actually show because it took a good 40 minutes for them to start, and the lead singer looked suspiciously like the lead singer for the Kiss band that just played. Also their costumes looked like they found Halloween costumes in the attic. Just black ghostly drapes, and upside down crosses for necklaces. Everything was totally off. Drumming/Guitar was off sync, certain sections were completely forgotten, the singer forgot a lot of the lyrics, and he had stage presence akin to an 80s rock star; not someone like Ozzy in Sabbath. He would say "I LOVE YOU ALL" and "WE LOVE YOU" a bunch of times, which felt really out of place. Boomers next to me had their hands over their face during this train wreck. They agreed it was a shitshow.
