Notes:

I was a 12 yr old Punk Kid tagging along with my uncle and his GF what I remember is Van Halen was the best thing I'd seen in my short life it was just amazing we rocked out then Journey came on and everybody started Boo'ing and chanting "VAN HALEN" I mean loud and for a long time Journey had stopped playing then David Lee Roth came out on stage and Sorry we played our whole album we don't have any more songs then I remember us leaving and going to the Varsity (food joint downtown Atl)
Van Halen jammed us Out imagine hearing "Runnin' with the Devil", "Eruption", "You Really Got Me", and "Ain't Talkin' 'bout Love" and Journey came out there and played something like Lovin', Touchin', Squeezin' it seemed so mellow and it was hard to go from in your face Rock and Roll to that type of music and I like Journey too that was my 3rd concert I started pretty good KISS my 1st concert AC/DC 2nd then Van Halen my 3rd it made me a Heavy Metal /Rock Fan for life
The sad part is I was a Rookie and didn't keep up with the ticket stub I asked my uncle about it but he's 67 years old he just laughed and said I had the memory that was good enough and I agreed with him and thanked him for taking me
