Journey was huge in 1981. You would hear songs from Escape everywhere you went. All the girls were in love with Steve Perry. Loverboy's Working for the Weekend was big too. I remember standing in line at the local Cactus Records & Tapes on a Saturday morning to get our floor tickets. The show definitely lived up to the hype. It was great!
