This is a recollection my fist concert.

I was 9 years old, and my dad put me and my 8 yr. old sister in the car and we drove through snow for well over an hour to get somewhere. We pulled up to a corrugated metal building and went in.

It was a concert. I remember the opener was Sha Na Na (every kid knew them back then), and then seeing a man dressed in feathers at a piano in the middle of the stage. The music was good. And I didn't know who he was at the time.

My question to anyone is - Is this the show I am remembering? I was so young, but it is in the right timeframe for what I am remembering and we lived in South County St. Louis at the time. The drive and the building kind of match my memory. But, the opener isn't listed, so I'm not sure.
