The College of Charleston put on a concert for the end of Homecoming Week in 2007 and brought in Sugarcult to play. The Fire Apes opened the show and are Charleston natives. Marko DeSantis (lead guitar) stated that this was one of the last one-off shows they were doing due to their label V2 folding right after their third full-length 'Lights Out' was released.
