Advertised as "The Califfornia World Music Festival", a two-day ticket cost $25.00 in advance. Groups scheduled but did not appear include Mahogany Rush, Mother's Finest and Brownsville (who had flyers dropped on the crowd from an airplane advertising their upcoming gig at The Starwood in Hollywood!) AC/DC was also on early ads but dropped out a few weeks before the festival.
