from memory, support band were The Candy Harlots, and didn't the crowd love them !? NOT!! The came on this towering slouching figure in Craig Bloxom, wielding his bass like he was ready to do battle. and the crowd lapped it up as they cheered and roared at fever pitch, Cliify on drums, saluting with his sticks on each beat, his kit was like a battle armament. Michael Wiley was like a silent virtuoso, plucking and strumming his way through classic song after classic...
The first pub gig I went to when I moved to Sydney, got in as an underage teen lol. Went with a bunch of friends from the hostel I was living at in Glebe, was an amazing gig, seeing Cliff on drums was incredible and Blox was so tall !!
