Wilco had Richard Thompson play for two lengthy songs. First they played the old Fairport Convention tune "Sloth" with Nels Cline dueling with Thompson in place of Fairport violinist Dave Swarbrick. Then the Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald, where Alan Sparhawk and Mimi Parker of Duluth band Low took over vocals and Sparhawk ate his lyrics after messing up (in his estimation) the 6th verse or so.
