There are more artists using the name The Abbey. One is a Finnish band playing occult doom rock/metal. They have signed to Season of Mist and will release their debut full-length album "Word Of Sin" on 17 February 2023. The band comprises seasoned musicians: former Sentenced drummer Vesa Ranta, Shape Of Despair singer Natalie Koskinen, Jesse Heikkinen (Hexvessel), Janne Markus (ex-The Man-eating Tree) and Henri Arvola.
