Scum Pups was a post-punk, grunge, rock band from Leicestershire, United Kingdom. The band formed in November 1989 with Matthew Day heading the trio. By September 1990, the band released it's first single E.P. Find out Why on 7" vinyl with newly formed record label Motivate Records. This led to a strong local teenage fanbase with a reputation for enjoying stage diving and moshing at their gigs.
