"Slippery When Wet" Tour Jun 29, 1987 (37 years ago) Memorial Coliseum Portland, Oregon, United States
I had won a 4rth row ticket to the concert on the radio station Z100 be the 10th person to call and win. Then we bought more tickets for my Sister and my Mom plus my Moms Boss and her daughter as well. They were located on the left front row of the balcony midway towards the front accross from me as i was in the first seat in the isle 4 rows up from the floor, so was actually eye to eye with the band but to the right side of center stage a bit since I was not on the floor. My Sister had a crush on Richie Sambora and she was lucky enough that he played on that side of the stage. At one point, I could actually see her glowing face across the way in the background light that she and a few others had avcomplished by combining the flames of several bic lighters together. The band members even noticed it. I was 17 and she was almost 15 this was the first concert we had ever been to in the coliseum anyways (I had been to one my cousin nvited me to, a Christian band named Petra. I think I was 14 maybe.
