Alma Forrer est une jeune artiste française née en 1993, influencée par la poésie des maitres du songwriting américain (Townes Van Zandt, Guy Clark, John Prine, Steve Earle) et de chanteurs français comme Barbara, Brel où Polnareff. C'est en écoutant Joan Baez, Marie Laforêt, et Emmylou Harris qu'elle écrit ses premiers textes en français au printemps 2012.
