States // [and] Capitals (started April 2015), made up by Richie Arthur and Jeff Maurer, are an American Pop/Rock band from New Jersey. Lead vocalist Richie Arthur is also the songwriter/producer, and drummer Jeff takes care of programming and producing as well.
