What a zoo!! And a week after Woostock - purple microdots - bikers beating screaming long hairs into the dirt, people crashing fences & sneaking in - one night was enough - went with an other guy, we got stoned, then didn't find each other until the next morning. Bands remembered were: A Group called Smith, Canned Heat, Flying Burrito Brothers, Chicago Transit Authority, Alice Cooper & Little Richard. When Alice Cooper played, something happened on stage that caused the audience to turn around and run away from the stage.- almost a stampede. Little Richard was dancing on top of his piano saying "I'm the king, I'm the king, I'm the Queen"
Coming down the next morning, I finally found my friend in rough shape. We hitched back to Van with a couple of Americans in a glass roof Oldsmobile Vista Cruiser station wagon. Then crashed in our room on W. 7th in Van.
