In the third most dangerous city in California rests an awkward-positioned band. In an attempt to be heard, four college students joined together in August of 2006 to form What Hands Are For in order to translate situation into music and music into movement. They are four guys not interested in wealth or fame, but for acknowledgment and understanding.
