Huntington Beach, CA, neu-wave punkers with a fanatical fanbase (Smog City Wavers) and a plethora of vinyl-only releases, including their debut concept album, Fuhrers of the New Wave. Broke up in early part of this century, then got back together in order to be banned from more clubs.
