Second Chances is the brainchild of 23 year old singer/songwriter Kyle Segars. With a passion for developing relationships, his songs are completely autobiographical, giving him a personal sort of outreach that really lets you feel what he's singing about. He's about to release his second full length album, which will be his first official studio release, entitled "Chicks are Complicated." The album is, for the most part, a story of unrequited love, and it features a much more developed sound.
