Prizefighter was a band that had one song called "To The West (Demo)" on an Ozzfest Sampler. If you look at the back cover of the sampler you can see that they were planning on releasing their debut album in early 2001, but that never happened for unknown reasons. There is a demo available online called "MudRock", which is a pretty cool old school rapcore and nu metal demo.
