Oresteia are a multi instrumental band from Southampton creating an ecclectic sound. As well as the instruments expected in a band, Oresteia use violins, flutes and even a saxophone. The band are influenced by a variety of genres, making their sound difficult to pinpoint to one. With everything written and recorded entirely by the 7 piece band, the septet are one of the few truly original bands emerging.
