Metis (real name unknown), born March 28, 1984 in Hiroshima, Japan, is a Japanese female reggae artist, singer and songwriter. She initially debuted as an R&B artist in 2003, but after her first album, an independent release, she began to pursue a reggae-inspired career as a major artist.
