Five Fingers of Funk Concert History

The Fingers cut their teeth blazing across post-grunge era Portland at such legendary clubs as the X-Ray Cafe, Satyricon, Belmont's, La Luna and Berbati's Pan. F3 (as they were known) brought a full 10 piece live show that was highly energetic and many times improvised. They released three albums Slap Me Five, About Time and Twisted and Lifted and opened for such acts as De La Soul, The Roots, Maceo Parker, Fishbone, Run DMC, Sublime, Kool Keith, Digital Underground, Bootsy Collins and The Greyboy Allstars. The Fingers disbanded in 2002.
