El Pino and The Volunteers is an alt. country/indiepop from Rotterdam, the Netherlands. The band was formed in 2001 by former Wiseguy member David Pino and has since released two EP's, 'These Are Not The Days' (2001) and Cougar (2005) (Stardumb Records).
